[Child’s name redacted] calls this camp the ‘nice playgroup’. I told him we can go to a ‘new playgroup’ for a few days and from ‘new’ he transformed it in ‘nice’. Yesterdat and today he also, for the 1st time, waved good bye, no fuss, took nanny by the hand and told me ‘mama go home’. This coming from a highly attached toddler us quite a big deal! I think the very environment, the garden and diversity of ‘toys’ on display helped. He loves being outside. So thanks to everyone for making him feel comfortable and welcomed.

After stalling home time, [Child’s name redacted] eventually told me he didn’t want to go home today, he wanted to stay and play. [Child’s name redacted] never struggles with the home time boundary but today we ate snacks for an hour so he can stick around…lol
